Please note: All eligible class operations should have a minimum of 3 years in business under current management. New ventures, or those less than 3 years in operation, will be queried as having operated under a prior name or business. Maximum Vehicle Age Restrictions: SUVs - 10 years; Private Passenger, Limo, Mini Vans & Shuttle Vans - 12 years; Shuttles Buses - 15 years.
